derzeit habe ich die Community Lizenz auf meinem PC installiert. Wenn ich jetzt die Professional Lizenz erwerbe: Sollte ich vor der Installation erst die Community Lizenz deinstallieren?

Nein. Einfach den Lizenzschlüssel in das entsprechende Textfeld im Info-Dialog eingeben.
