Post RemoveDir hangs and returns "Permission Denied"

I'm having some throuble to delete my old backups, when I run it at some directory that I don't have permission and I'm not the owner RemoveDir returns "Permission Denied" and stops, if I run it again it delets the file and don't prompt for that folder/file me again.
The big deal here is that RemoveDir stops every time and has to be run MANUALLY again (because it prompts me to know if I'm sure to delete everything).
